11月10日，李总亲自带队参与深圳职业技术学院举办的“2022届毕业生首场校园双选会”。为丹凯“抢人”。本次双选会由深圳职业技术学院及深圳市人力资源和社会保障局主办、市公共就业服务中心和学校招生就业办公室承办。学校校长许建领、副校长董朝君，深圳市公共就业服务中心主任陈海翔、高校部部长徐劲等领导和学校5700余名师生出席了活动。
丹凯和深圳职业技术学院2020年10月达成校企合作，双方在人才培养、高分子材料研发、高分子挤出设备研发等方面进行深度合作。本次丹凯招聘重点岗位有：高分子材料研发、高分子材料研发助理、设备工程师、设备工程师助理、品质经理、新媒体推广等。
