Heat shrinkable tube is a special polyolefin material heat shrinkable sleeve. The outer layer is made of high-quality and soft cross-linked polyolefin material and the inner layer is made of hot melt adhesive. The outer layer material has the characteristics of insulation and corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and the inner layer has the advantages of low melting point, waterproof sealing and high adhesion.

Polymer materials with the temperature from low to high to go through the glass state-high elastic state, glass state performance close to plastic, high elastic state performance close to rubber.
The material used in the heat shrink tube is glassy at room temperature and becomes highly elastic after heating.
Use: during production, the heat shrinkable tube is heated to a high elastic state, the load is applied to make it expand, and the expansion is rapidly cooled to make it enter the glass state, which is fixed. When it is heated during use, it will return to a high-elastic state, but then the load is gone and it will retract.
Heat shrinkable sleeve function configuration:

3. Identification function: line insulation and line identification can be integrated into one by typing identification through line marking machine, heat shrinkable tube printer and other equipment.
Heat shrinkable sleeve product features:
Heat shrinkable sleeve has excellent flame retardant and insulation properties, is very soft and elastic, has low shrinkage temperature, and shrinks quickly. It can be widely used in wire connection, wire end treatment, solder joint protection, wire harness identification, resistance and capacitance insulation protection, Anti-corrosion protection of metal rods or pipes, antenna protection, etc. Under the action of high-energy rays, linear polymer materials form a three-dimensional network cross-linked structure. The cross-linked polymer materials have greatly improved mechanical strength, temperature resistance, chemical solvent resistance, aging resistance, etc., especially the acid and alkali resistance.
