PFA Teflon tubes have excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance to all chemicals, the lowest coefficient of friction in plastics, and good electrical properties. This kind of resin can be directly processed into products by ordinary thermoplastic molding methods. Suitable for the production of corrosion-resistant parts, anti-wear parts, seals, insulation and medical equipment parts, high-temperature wires, cable insulation, anti-corrosion equipment, sealing materials, pump valve bushings, and chemical containers.
PFA is the abbreviation of English Polyfluoroalkoxy, the Chinese name is soluble polytetrafluoroethylene. PFA plastic is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene. The melt cohesiveness is enhanced, the solution viscosity is reduced, and the performance is unchanged compared with PTFE. There are mainly Teflon PFA tube/PFA medical hose/PFA hose/PFA heat shrinkable tube/PFA corrugated pipe/PFA rod/PFA joint/PFA end plate/PFA electrode, etc.
The natural color of PFA tube is transparent. Of course other colors, such as red, yellow, black, etc.
Performance of PFA tube:

Advantages of PFA tube:
The physical, electrical and chemical properties of PFA are similar to those of PTFE. PFA is a melt-processable thermoplastic. The PFA tube has excellent stress crack resistance and bending life, but the penetration performance is not as good as PTFE. PFA tube metal ion content is very low, and at higher temperatures can maintain strong mechanical strength and burst pressure. Its chemical purity meets FDA requirements and its temperature resistance is as high as 260 ℃.
PFA materials can be made into straight pipes, pipe joints, bushings, partitions and pipe linings and other products, relying on the material itself has this series of superior performance. Although the application time of PFA in China has been relatively long, but because of its high price, high processing requirements and limited dosage, it can not be fully popularized. However, because PFA maintains many advantages of PTFE and has the same hot melt fluidity and use as FEP, PFA has better heat resistance and stress cracking resistance than FEP, especially at high temperatures.
