PVDF pipes are produced using imported pure PVDF raw materials. PVDF tubing (polyvinylidene fluoride) is a transparent or translucent crystalline polymer with a crystallinity of about 68%, a fluorine content of 59%, and a molecular weight of 25-1 million. High impact strength, wear resistance, creep resistance, good toughness, is the strongest fluorine plastic. PVDF pipe has high heat resistance, non-flammable, with outstanding weather resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, is ultraviolet light, excellent dielectric properties.

Its high mechanical strength: compared with PTFE: tensile strength is 2 times larger, compression strength is 6 times larger. PVDF pipe wear resistance: only slightly inferior to NYLON6,UHMWPE. When the temperature and pressure exist at the same time, its performance is much better than other plastic pipes.
