PVDF tube (polyvinylidene fluoride tube), closely arranged between molecular chains, strong hydrogen bonds, natural flame resistance, crystallinity of 65% ~ 78%, long-term use temperature -40~150 ℃. Its outstanding features are high mechanical strength, good radiation resistance, and can be used outdoors for a long time without maintenance. It has good chemical stability and is not corroded by acid, alkali, strong oxidant and halogen at room temperature. It is widely used in petrochemical, electronic and electrical, steel pickling, and acid-base transportation.

Aging resistance, long service life: pipes containing 2-2.5% evenly distributed carbon black can be stored or used outdoors, and will not be damaged by ultraviolet radiation.
The nm property is good: the nm property of PVDF pipe and steel pipe is indicated by the comparison test, and the nm property of HDPE pipe is 4 times that of steel pipe. In the category of mud transportation, compared with the steel pipe, PVDF pipe has the nm of gengh, which means that the HDPE pipe has a longer service life and the economy of gengh.
