1. PTFE hose features
PTFE hose has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, self-lubricating non-stick, electrical insulation and excellent aging resistance, and is usually used to transport strong corrosive media at high temperatures.

PTFE hose main features:
1. High temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high pressure resistance
Because this product adopts special high-grade PTFE hose, high temperature resistant braided mesh and Japanese advanced technology stainless steel double buckle spiral hose, it is suitable for high temperature, corrosion and high pressure special environment. This product can withstand 250 ℃ high temperature steam inside the hose under 3kg/cm2 air pressure, and the skin temperature does not exceed 60 ℃ to ensure safe operation.
2. Light weight, strong flexibility
This product has been specially assembled, and the hose with a total length of 2m (including both ends of the joint) weighs only 500 grams. Greatly reduce the working intensity of the operator, at the same time strong softness, free bending, absolutely not to kill the fold hinder ventilation.
3. Strong anti-destructive

2. PTFE pipeline connection method
With the progress of anti-corrosion technology, anti-corrosion materials continue to introduce new ones, including polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with its excellent chemical stability, high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance characteristics, more and more people's attention, is the ideal anti-corrosion material of choice, has become one of the indispensable important materials.
However, in specific applications, due to the high lubrication and non-stickiness of PTFE material itself, it is more troublesome to connect the two processing methods of hot air electrode welding method and manual flanging method, so PTFE pipes are mainly connected through flanges.

PTFE has a very low friction coefficient, is a good antifriction, self-lubricating material, its static friction coefficient is less than the dynamic friction coefficient, so used to make the bearing has the advantages of small starting resistance, smooth operation. Because PTFE is non-polar, heat-resistant and non-absorbent, it is also an excellent electrical insulating material. Also has excellent aging resistance, non-sticky and non-flammable.

What are the advantages of PTFE pipeline?
1. PTFE pipeline has the mechanical strength function of steel pipe, and also has the characteristics of plastic pipe without scaling, corrosion resistance, not easy to grow microorganisms, etc., and can also ensure the purity of the transportation medium.
