2. Ptfe bellows manufacturers
Polytetrafluoroethylene (Poly tetra fluoroethylene, abbreviated as PTFE) is generally referred to as "non-stick coating" or "easy-to-clean material". This material has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, resistance to various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, PTFE has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, its coefficient of friction is very low, so it can be used for lubrication, but also become an ideal coating for easy cleaning of the inner layer of the water pipe.
Ptfe corrugated pipe refers to a tubular elastic sensitive element connected by foldable wrinkle sheet along the direction of folding and stretching. Bellows are widely used in instrumentation, the main purpose is as a pressure measuring instrument measuring element, the pressure into displacement or force. The corrugated pipe wall is thin, the sensitivity is high, and the measuring range is tens of Pa to tens of MPa.
Its open end is fixed, the sealing end is in a free state, and the auxiliary coil spring or reed is used to increase the elasticity. When working, it elongates along the length of the pipe under the action of internal pressure, so that the movable end produces a certain relationship with the pressure. The movable end drives the pointer to directly indicate the size of the pressure.

The bellows is often combined with a displacement sensor to form a pressure sensor with an electrical output, and sometimes also used as an isolation element. Since the expansion of the bellows requires a large volume change, its response speed is lower than that of the Baudon tube. The bellows is suitable for measuring low pressures.
