2. Teflon feptube
Teflon is PTFE for short in English, polytetrafluoroethylene in Chinese and Polytetra fluoro ethylene ptfe emulsion in English. It is a polymer chemical material containing polytetrafluoroethylene. It is widely used in packaging, electronic and electrical, chemical energy and corrosion-resistant materials. Teflon high-performance special coating is a fluorine coating with polytetrafluoroethylene as matrix resin. Its English name is Teflon because of pronunciation, it is also commonly referred to as Teflon, Teflon, Teflon, Teflon, Teflon, etc. (all transliterations for Teflon).
FEP full name Fluorinated ethylene propylene, translated as fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer (perfluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer) English trade name: FEP, is a class of chemical substances. FEP is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. The FEP crystals had a melting point of 304 ° C. and a density of 2.15g/cc.

There are two different differences: FEP has a temperature resistance of 200 degrees and PTFE has a temperature resistance of 260 degrees. FEP replaces the defect that PTFE has no transparency. If you want a transparent tube with a temperature resistance of 260 degrees, PFA can be used.
The material it has excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction, from low temperature to 392F can be used. The material can be made into granular products for extrusion and molding, as powders for fluidized beds and electrostatic finishes, and also into aqueous dispersions. Semi-finished products have film, plate. Rods and single fibers.

Its main use is for the production of pipe and chemical equipment lining, drum surface and a variety of wires and cables, such as aircraft hook line, pressurized cable, alarm cable, flat cable and oil well logging cable. FEP films have been used as thin coatings for solar collectors.
FEP or F46 is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. The content of hexafluoropropylene is about 15%, and it is a modified material of polytetrafluoroethylene.
