1. Teflon electric heating tube
The common Teflon electric heating tube is a new type of strong corrosion-resistant electric heater made of PTFE casing, which is used for heating various corrosive liquids. It has excellent aging resistance and good winding performance, and adopts low surface load design. 1. Non-stick: Teflon is inert, almost all substances are not bonded to Teflon, and very thin films also show non-adhesive properties.
2. Cold and heat resistance: Teflon has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance. Short time temperature resistance to 300 ℃, melting point of 327 ℃,380 ℃ does not melt, the general work can be used continuously between 240 ℃ ~ 260 ℃, with significant thermal stability, it can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement, cold resistance to 190 ℃.
3, lubricity: Teflon has a lower coefficient of friction. The friction coefficient changes when the load slides, but the value is only between 0.04 and 0.15.
4. Non-hygroscopicity: Teflon surface is not stained with water and oil, and it is not easy to be stained with solution during production operation. If there is a small amount of dirt, it can be removed by simple wiping. Short downtime saves man-hours and improves productivity.
5, corrosion resistance: Teflon is almost not subject to chemical erosion, can withstand in addition to molten alkali metal, fluoride medium and above 300 ℃ sodium hydroxide outside all strong acid (including aqua regia), strong alkali, strong oxidant, reducing agent and a variety of organic solvents, can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
6. Weather resistance: no aging, the best non-aging life in plastics.
7, non-toxic: 300 ℃ within the normal environment, with physiological inertia, non-toxic can be used for medicine and food equipment.
8, insulation: very good dielectric constant, high insulation.

Teflon square tube is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEE commonly known as Teflon, plastic king) material after extrusion sintering, drying, high temperature sintering, shaping and other processes made of special pipe.
