On August 12, 2012, our company organized employees to participate in the development training of Longhua base organized by Shenzhen Fujia Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
Expansion training is also called experiential training. Only through personal experience can we truly feel it. The theme of the training is: spiritual aggregation, smelting team. All employees are divided into two teams. Each team chooses the team leader, names the team, training the formation and singing the team song.
In the first day of the venue project, we participated in "Trust Back Fall", "Crossing the Bridge", "Love in the Net", "Escape Wall" and other activities. In these activities, the team reflects the trust and responsibility, cooperation and communication and cohesion. Especially in the "Escape Wall" activity, facing a 4-meter-high wall without any auxiliary tools, a team of 30 people had to climb from one side of the wall to the other. How commendable the spirit of those employees who are willing to give and hold up their team members on their shoulders! The company is proud to have such employees, applaud them!
At the evening bonfire party, everyone sang heartily, sweated and spent a pleasant night.
The second day of field training was conducted in Yangtai Mountain, a beautiful environment. Fujia STT series of courses challenge 1201 with the aim of building a super team. This day is full of competition. In the real world, competition is everywhere. These activities let us see the shortcomings in team building and the weak links that need to be strengthened and exercised. In the "Dam Downfall" project, a 25-meter dam is quickly slid down. The bottom of the dam is river water. In the face of such a challenge, none of the members of the two teams flinched. They all bravely accepted the challenge, including the players who were afraid of heights and the younger sister of the post-90s generation. The afternoon's "Rafting Crossing" was conducted on the water. The members of the two teams are actively involved, personally tying bamboo rafts, organizing and coordinating the division of labor and grouping of the team members. The process was full of competition and challenges, and both teams completed their tasks well.
With the summary of the leader's speech, the two-day expansion training was over. Through this training, team building has been strengthened, understanding and communication have increased, and the feelings between colleagues have deepened, leaving everyone with permanent memories and feelings, and benefiting a lot.
