With the development of science and technology, many industrial materials are widely used in many industries. The industrial materials used in these industries play an important role and are indispensable materials in industrial production. For example, Teflon pipe is such a material, which is used in many occasions. What precautions should be taken when using such widely used materials? Let's take a look at the relevant knowledge of Teflon pipes for a better understanding.
Teflon tubeThe deviation is always in one direction,CommonDeviation At the joint, the conveyor belt joint can be corrected to be perpendicular to the center line of the conveyor belt to eliminate deviation.Teflon tubeShould be stored in a dry place. in the dailyUseIn the process, it also needs to be cleaned and maintained in time.Teflon tube.
BelowTell everyone.Teflon tubeCommon everyday problems that are easily overlooked:
1,Avoid mechanical and electrical moisture.Teflon tubeRainproof measures shall be taken when storing in open air. During storage and handling, the mesh belt should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the mesh belt and keep the surface of the mesh belt clean.
(2) UseTeflon tubeThe conveyor belt should always be kept clean. The air inlet and outlet shall be free of sundries. Remove dust and other sundries in the mesh belt and pipeline in time to maintain sufficient power supply facilities.
3. According to the usage,Teflon tubeThe grease should be replenished or replaced on a regular basis (electromechanical closed bearings do not need to be replaced during their service life) to ensure good lubrication of the meshingThe belt during operation. CloseTeflon tubeAnd electromechanical bearings, filled with lithium-based grease bearing inner and outer rings2/3.In order to ensure safety, PTFE film has the characteristics of low temperature resistance, its low friction coefficient, can be used for lubrication, and become an ideal coating for the inner layer of easy cleaning.
The use of industrial materials is an important material for industrial development. Some materials can play a very important role. The use of these materials is also to better promote industrial production. Just like the use of Teflon tubes, it is very common in the industrial industry, but such problems will inevitably occur in the process of use, which requires users to inspect and maintain Teflon tubes to ensure their normal operation..
