"Twelfth Five-Year" China's plastics industry is developing rapidly, has ranked first in the world, and is moving from a big plastic country to a strong plastic country. In order to commend the units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the development of China's plastics industry during the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, our association has decided to select outstanding enterprises and advanced individuals in China's plastics industry through research. The selection method is hereby announced as follows:
1. Award Setting

2. selection principles
1. Adhere to the principles of fairness, openness and impartiality;
2, based on the outstanding deeds reported by the recommend units and individuals, comprehensive evaluation;
3. Insist on seeking truth from facts. If fraud is found, the appraisal qualification will be canceled.
3. selection scope
1. Member units and individuals of China Plastics Processing Industry Association;
2. Members and individuals of local plastic industry associations (chambers of commerce).
4. Selection Method
1, the use of recommend and self-recommendation of the combination of the way;
2. All departments and branches of the association organize recommend. In principle, the number of recommend places shall not exceed 5 units and 5 individuals;
Local plastic industry associations can recommend their member companies and individuals. In principle, the number of recommend places shall not exceed 2 units and 2 individuals;
4. Self-recommendation is limited to member units of China Plastics Processing Industry Association. In principle, the number of self-recommended places should not exceed 10 units. Self-recommendation, such as the recommend of the unit, is mainly recommend;
5. All recommend, self-recommended units and individuals shall submit the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" China Plastics Industry Excellent Enterprise Recommendation Form and the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" China Plastics Industry Advanced Individual Recommendation Form to the Secretariat of the Association before September 30, 2016;
6. Organize the selection and research to determine the list of "Excellent Enterprises in China's Plastics Industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan" and "Advanced Individuals in China's Plastics Industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan;
7. After the list is confirmed, it will be publicized on the China Plastics Association Network (www.cppia.com.cn). The publicity period is 7 working days. If there is any objection, it shall be submitted to the secretariat of the association within the publicity period.
5. selection conditions:
Conditions for Selection of Outstanding (I) Enterprises
1. Enterprises strictly abide by and implement relevant national laws and regulations; consciously fulfill social responsibilities, operate legally, pay taxes in accordance with the law, strictly manage, and be honest and trustworthy;
2. During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, enterprises actively achieve transformation and upgrading, with outstanding scientific and technological innovation achievements; achieve safe production, comply with environmental protection laws and regulations, and sustained and stable production; the average annual growth rate of output, output value, profits and taxes is not lower than the average development level of the industry, and economic benefits have achieved significant growth;
3. The enterprise has famous brand products (at least the title of famous brand at the prefecture level or above or the national well-known trademark), and the product quality meets the national standards; there is no history of producing or selling fake and shoddy products, no major product claims, no record of dishonesty, etc;
4. Abide by the "Articles of Association of China Plastics Processing Industry Association" and various regulations and conventions; fulfill membership obligations and actively support participation in major activities of the association.
(II) advanced individual selection conditions
1. Strictly abide by the relevant national laws and regulations; love the party, patriotism, diligence, dedication, discipline and law-abiding;
2. It has a certain influence and popularity in the industry, and the managed enterprises have a certain scale and market competitiveness, making great contributions to the development of the industry.
3, enthusiastic association work. Care for and actively participate in the activities of the association and other related work, and offer ideas and suggestions for it.
4) Have a spirit of dedication. Actively participate in the work of the industry, strive to complete the work arranged by the association, and give strong support in industry activities.
5, have an exemplary leading role. Actively lead the unit to participate in various activities of the association, urge the unit to consciously abide by the association's articles of association and regulations, give full play to the unit's due role in the industry association, and play an exemplary and leading role in the construction and development of the association.
6. Advanced individuals of scientific research institutes and local industry associations (trade associations) can evaluate with reference to the above four articles, their contribution to the development of the plastics industry and their enthusiasm for the plastics industry.
6. Recognition Method
Honorary certificates will be awarded to the selected "excellent enterprises" and "advanced individuals.
