PTFE has a wide range of temperature, and can be applied to -180 ℃ ~ 250 ℃ for a long time under normal pressure. After being treated at 250 ℃ for 1000h, its mechanical properties change very little. PTFE has a very low friction coefficient, is a good antifriction, self-lubricating material, its static friction coefficient is less than the dynamic friction coefficient, so used to make the bearing has the advantages of small starting resistance, smooth operation. Because PTFE is non-polar, heat-resistant and non-absorbent, it is also an excellent electrical insulating material. Also has excellent aging resistance, non-sticky and non-flammable.
