Nc membrane

Nitrocellulose membrane is the most widely used transfer medium for Western blotting. It has a strong binding ability to protein, and is suitable for various color development methods, including isotope, chemiluminescence (Luminol), regular color development, staining and fluorescence color development. The background is low and the signal-to-noise ratio is high. The use of NC membrane is also very simple, for example, no formaldehyde pretreatment is required, as long as the bubbles in the ion-free water surface are infiltrated and discharged, and then the bubbles in the electrophoresis buffer are balanced for a few minutes. For example, NC membrane is easy to close and does not require special strict cleaning conditions.

Difference between nc membrane and pvdf membrane

PVDF membrane is more expensive, compared with nc membrane, PVDF membrane in protein retention capacity, mechanical strength and chemical compatibility are superior performance. The biggest advantages of PVDF membrane: better mechanical strength and chemical resistance make PVDF membrane an ideal choice in various dyeing applications and multiple immunoassays. In particular, N-terminal protein sequencing is required. Under quite "harsh" cleaning conditions, when nylon or nc membrane has been degraded, PVDF membrane still maintains its true color, and the legendary swordsman

Pvdf bar

PVDF rod: Chinese polyvinylidene fluoride rod, English name Polyvinylidene fluoride, is made of PVDF resin after high temperature extrusion into rod, is a kind of quite pure polymer, it does not contain UV stabilizer, heat stabilizer, softener, lubricant or flame retardant additives.

Pvdf material parameters

Poly(vinylidene fluoride), English abbreviation PVDF, mainly refers to vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and other small amount of fluorine-containing vinyl monomer. It has the characteristics of fluorine resin and general resin. In addition to good chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance, it also has special properties such as piezoelectric property, dielectric property and thermoelectric property, it is the second largest product in the production of fluoroplastics, with an annual production capacity of more than 53000 tons worldwide.
