Difference between PTFE bellows and FEP bellows

PTFE bellows is a special tubular elastic sensitive element, which is connected by foldable wrinkle sheet along the direction of folding and stretching. This bellows is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), also known as Teflon, Teflon, etc., and is manufactured through a special inflation molding process. In this process, the PTFE pipe is heated to a certain temperature in a certain mold, and a certain internal pressure is given in the pipe to make the pipe expand laterally (blow up), and then cool and set. PTFE bellows not only has the inherent properties of polytetrafluoroethylene, but also has high flexibility and elasticity, and can be made into V-shaped, U-shaped and Ω-shaped different corrugated shapes as required.

Classification of FEP tubes and methods for avoiding extrusion deviation of FEP tubes

FEP pipe, the full name of fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer pipe, is a kind of pipe made of high-performance fluoroplastic FEP(Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene). FEP materials are favored in many industries for their unique chemical stability, high temperature resistance, excellent electrical insulation and non-adhesion. FEP tubes maintain good performance over a wide temperature range of -200°C to 200°C, are highly resistant to most chemicals, are not easily corroded, and have a low coefficient of friction and transparency, enabling efficient, safe and visual fluid transport.

Characteristics and Application of General Grade PFA Hose

General-purpose grade PFA hose is a high-performance pipe material, its main component is polytetrafluoroethylene, which is a polymer material with a unique molecular structure. Due to the perfluoroethyl structure in the molecular chain of the polyethylene glycol, the PFA hose exhibits excellent chemical stability and is hardly attacked by any chemicals.

Full size PFA hose common diameter specifications and custom considerations

The expression "full-size PFA hose" generally refers to a product line of PFA hose that offers a full range of sizes. PFA(Perfluoroalkoxy Alkane) hose as a high-performance plastic pipe, because of its excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, low friction coefficient and good electrical insulation performance, is widely used in chemical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, food processing and other fields, used to transport all kinds of corrosive liquids, pure fluid and the need for high cleanliness or pollution-free transmission occasions.
