Pre-assembly: Ensure that the ends of PFA tubes and corrugated hoses are clean and free of impurities. Appropriate flaring or grinding may be required to better fit the joints or welding.
Alignment and positioning: During the connection process, the straightness of the pipeline should be ensured to avoid connection failure or limited function of the corrugated hose due to uneven stress. For occasions with special compensation requirements, the position and direction of the corrugated hose should be accurately arranged according to the design requirements.
Sealing inspection: After the connection is completed, the necessary air tightness or hydraulic pressure test should be carried out to confirm that the connection part is free of leakage.
