Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE):
By the polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene polymer compounds, with excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, is one of the world's best corrosion resistance materials, in addition to molten alkali metal, chlorine trifluoride, chlorine pentafluoride and liquid chlorine, capable of all other chemicals, in aqua regia boiling also can not change, widely used in a variety of need to resist acid and organic solvents. Sealing, high lubrication non-stick, electrical insulation and good anti-aging ability, excellent temperature resistance (can be in the positive 260 ℃ to negative 180 ℃ temperature for a long time). Teflon itself is not toxic to humans. The use temperature is -180~260 ℃, allowing quenching and quenching, or alternating hot and cold operation. Pressure -0.1~6.4Mpa.

Expanded PTFE (expanded PTFE):
It is a new type of medical polymer material, which is made of polytetrafluoroethylene resin by special processing methods such as stretching. White, elastic and flexible, with micro-fiber connection and the formation of a network structure, these micro-fibers form numerous pores, so that the expanded PTFE can be arbitrarily bent (over 360 ° ), good blood compatibility, resistance to biological aging, used in the manufacture of artificial blood vessels, heart patches and other medical products. From a medical point of view, it is the most ideal biological tissue substitute. Due to its good biocompatibility and unique microporous structure, it is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, non-allergenic and other side effects, and human tissue cells and blood vessels can grow into its pores to form tissue connections, just like autologous tissue.

PTFE use production method:
Teflon foundation type: Teflon PTFE: Teflon FEP: Teflon PFA: Teflon ETFE: After Teflon is coated, it has the following characteristics: 1, non-tackiness, 2, heat resistance, 3, sliding property, 4, moisture resistance, 5, wear resistance, 6, corrosion resistance, chemical insulation, high and low temperature resistance, self-lubrication, surface non-tackiness and non-flammability.
The use of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene):
1, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) can be used in construction, anti-corrosion function, electronic and electrical aspects, medical aspects and so on.
2, PTFE film is the manufacture of capacitors, radio insulation pads, insulation cables, motors and transformers of the aspirations of insulation materials, but also aerospace and other industrial electronic components of one of the indispensable materials;
3, the use of fluorine plastic in high temperature, high pressure polar charge violation of the characteristics of the appearance, can be made of microphones, speakers, robot parts, etc.; the use of its low refractive index characteristics, can be made of optical fiber.
Use of E-ptfe (ePTFE):
1. High performance fabric
GORE™The film has the characteristics of light, durable, waterproof, windproof, etc., and can be processed into a variety of fabrics with different water permeability or "breathability" levels. The result: a unique high-performance fabric that is both comfortable and protective.
2, Medical Implants
Because expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) is purely inert, it can be used in a variety of rehabilitation solutions, including artificial blood vessels and patches for soft tissue regeneration and surgical sutures for vascular, cardiac, general and orthopedic surgery, to the benefit of both doctors and patients. Our medical products work in harmony with the body's own tissues and restore their normal function.

3. Fluoropolymer Fibers
Gore (Gore) expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) fiber has high strength, low shrinkage, anti-wear characteristics, and has extremely strong UV resistance, thus ensuring its good stability and integrity in extreme environments. This fiber is very versatile and can be woven, woven, braided or sewn into a variety of fabrics, including compression packaging, sewing threads, architectural fabrics and dental floss.
4. Gasket and sealant
Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) has good chemical resistance, anti-wear characteristics and strong high temperature and low temperature resistance, which is very suitable for the transportation and sealing of industrial liquids. GORE's gaskets and sealing products, including flat, thin strip and molded-in-place sealants, are suitable for flanges of any size or specification.
