Minutes of "2007 Annual Meeting of China Plastics Association Fluoroplastics Processing Professional Committee and 15th Anniversary Celebration of Special Committee"
"China Plastics Association Fluoroplastics Processing Professional Committee 2007 Annual Meeting and 15th Anniversary Celebration of the Committee" was held in Shanghai Shuangyong Building on November 28, 2007. Liao genuine goods, Chairman of China Plastics Processing Industry Association, Wang Jianzhong, Director of Economic Operation Bureau of National Development and Reform Commission, and Li Ying, Director of Comprehensive Business Department of China Light Industry Federation attended the celebration and delivered enthusiastic speeches. Also invited to attend the celebration were Wang Baiming, the first chairman of the Fluoroplastics Special Committee, Li Mingwu, the first and second secretary-general, Zheng Kai, secretary-general of China Engineering Plastics Industry Association, and Yin Xuzong, deputy secretary-general of China Glass Fiber Industry Association. More than 200 representatives from more than 100 member units of the Fluoroplastics Special Committee and some special guests gathered together to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Fluoroplastics Processing Professional Committee of the China Plastics Association.
The meeting was presided over by Secretary-General Chen Sheng, and Chairman Zhuang Su first made a report entitled "Fluorine in all directions, join hands in the Future". The report summarized the main work of the special committee in the 15 years since its establishment. I would like to thank leaders and members from all walks of life for their support and help in the work of the special committee, and have a good vision for the future development.
President Liao genuine goods delivered a speech entitled "Make persistent efforts to create brilliance" at the meeting. On behalf of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association, President Liao expressed his sincere gratitude to the previous staff, directors and secretaries of the Fluoroplastics Processing Committee of the China Plastics Association for their hard work in the past 15 years for my country's fluoroplastics industry, and put forward some constructive suggestions on establishing a scientific development concept and promoting the healthy development of the fluoroplastics industry, he pointed out that the special committee of fluoroplastics processing is one of the 27 special committees affiliated to China Plastics Processing Industry Association, which has the most cohesion and promotes the development of the industry. He called on us to promote the development of high-tech industrialization of fluoroplastics with the scientific development concept, promote the role of the special committee of the industry with the scientific development concept, and create the glory of the fluoroplastics industry again.
Wang Jianzhong first introduced the development of my country's national economy, and according to the development status of my country's fluoroplastics processing industry, pointed out that we should seize the strategic opportunity period of my country's national economic industry development, in-depth implementation of the scientific development concept, and focus on solving a series of problems in the development of talent training, new technology development, and improvement of technology and equipment levels. At the same time, strengthen exchanges and communication with international counterparts, to promote the healthy development of the industry and promote the prosperity and development of the world's fluoroplastics processing industry to make greater contributions.
Director Li Ying and Secretary-General Zheng Kai expressed their heartfelt congratulations on the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the special committee on behalf of the Military Industry Office of the Light Industry Federation and the Brothers Association.
Li Zongli, director of Tianjin No.9 Plastic Factory, Pu Yuan, general manager of Shanghai Walka Fluoroplastics Co., Ltd., and Mr. Pang Tai, manager of Suwei China, delivered speeches on behalf of member enterprises, foreign member enterprises and cooperative member enterprises respectively. They all affirmed the 15-year work achievements of the special committee and were full of hope for the future development of China's fluoroplastics industry.
In the afternoon, the delegates listened to the 2007 report on the work of the special committee made by Secretary-General Chen Sheng. The report summarized the main work of the special committee in the past year and put forward specific plans for the next step.
The meeting also heard a report made by Professor Li Mingwu of the Special Committee on Fluoroplastics on the Development of China's Fluoroplastics Molding and Processing Industry. The report reviews the development process of my country's fluoroplastic molding and processing industry from meeting the needs of the national defense industry and cutting-edge science and technology to widespread civilian use. Fluoroplastic processing technology continues to improve, and the types of fluoroplastic products continue to increase with the market demand. Plastic enterprises are booming, and a detailed analysis of the distribution characteristics of domestic fluoroplastic products is also made.
Mr. PAULSON of JMJ Company of India introduced the development status of the fluoroplastics market in India at the meeting, and the technical and equipment problems urgently needed in India, which aroused widespread interest among the participants. Jiang Zhijia, the 23rd Institute of Electronics, made a detailed statement on the current situation and development trend of fluoroplastic wires and cables in China at the meeting, which was widely welcomed by the representatives. Finally, the award-winning representatives of advanced enterprises and the majority of member units introduced the development experience.
On December 29, the delegates went to the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center to visit the "Third International Fluorosilicone Materials Exhibition" sponsored by the Special Committee ". Among them, some member units participated in the exhibition as exhibitors, and achieved good responses by displaying their new products and communicating with relevant experts and customers.
