Introduction of 1. PVDF board
PTFE plate (also called PTFE plate, Teflon plate, Teflon plate) is divided into two kinds of molding and turning. The molded plate is formed by PTFE resin at normal temperature by molding method, and then sintered and cooled.
Made. The PTFE turning plate is made of PTFE resin by pressing, sintering and rotary cutting.
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a lighter kind of fluoroplastics, the use of temperature -70 ∽ 150 ℃, with good corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, electrical insulation properties, low friction system
It has excellent weather resistance and radiation resistance; compared with PTFE, the tensile strength is twice as large, the compressive strength is six times larger, and the wear resistance is similar to nylon.

Characteristics of 2. PVDF board
The use temperature range is very wide (from -70 degrees Celsius to 150 degrees Celsius).
2. It is corrosion resistant to basically all chemical substances except some fluorides and alkaline metal liquids.
3. Excellent mechanical properties including aging resistance especially for bending and swing applications.
4. Outstanding flame retardancy (in line with ASTM-D635 and D470 test procedures, it is specified as a flame retardant material in air.
5, excellent insulation characteristics (regardless of its frequency and temperature).
6, the water absorption rate is very low, and has a series of unique properties such as self-lubricating and non-sticky.
