According to the performance characteristics and processing characteristics of PTFE, its products are mainly used in anti-corrosion, anti-adhesion, electronic and electrical, electrostatic and dynamic sealing, medical packaging and other fields. Product Class
There are PTFE plates, pipes, films, porous membrane materials, glass fiber impregnated cloth and filling modified products. Next, I will introduce you to Dankai PTFE sheet:
According to the ZBG33002-85 classification, PTFE sheets can be divided into three categories: SFB-1 are mainly used for electrical insulation, SFB-2 for corrosive media liners, liners and lubricating materials,
SFB-3 used for corrosive media, diaphragms and sight glasses, according to different molding processes, there are two types of die-casting plates and rotating cutting plates. Forming method is simpler than rotary cutting equipment
Single, short production cycle. For large plates, however, the size of the stamper is large, and the production space requires a large space. Therefore, a large area of dust-proof work is required, and the preforming
The plates are very fragile. Operate gently before entering the sintering furnace.

Forming process of large-scale molded plate: raw material inspection → crushing and sieving → metering → forming → semi-finished product inspection → sintering → cooling → finished product inspection → packaging.
Process parameters:
Raw material treatment: mash through 10~20 mesh sieve, and place it in 23~25 environment for 24h ~ 48h temperature adjustment.
Molding: pressure 1715 ~ 35MPa, holding time 1~10min.
Sintering: sintering temperature 360~380, heating rate 30 / h ,330 insulation 2h ,370 insulation 3h.
Cooling: the cooling speed is 20/h, and then the PTFE melting point is slowly cooled at about 330.
Application:
Take full advantage of its chemical stability. Mainly used for gaskets, linings, large valves, diaphragms, various reaction vessels, storage tanks for large pipelines such as petroleum, chemical and chemical industries,
Reaction tower linings, trays, distribution plates, etc. Taking advantage of its excellent dielectric properties, it is used in thermal power stations, electrolyzers, sealing rings, electronic circuits and electronic computer industries
Printed circuits, composite copper substrates, various tips and special equipment components.
Using its low friction coefficient, it is used for offshore oil derrick veneer, shipyard skateboard veneer, river dam gate skateboard veneer, bridge telescopic support skateboard veneer, various machine tools, boring machines,
grinding machine, planer sliding guide veneer etc.
It is used in the sugar industry, clothing industry, food and tobacco baking conveyor belts, and printing and dyeing industry for the coating of various anti-corrosion coatings.
