Shallow modified PTFE gasket performance and applicable media
We know that the performance of the seal has a great influence on the efficiency and performance of the whole machine equipment. The modified PTFE gasket has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, low friction coefficient and non-stickiness, wide temperature range and good elasticity, making it very suitable for manufacturing seals with high corrosion resistance requirements and operating temperature higher than 100 ℃.

Varieties and Application of Teflon PTFE
Teflon PTFE has three categories to supply the market, namely suspension resin, dispersion resin and concentrated dispersion. In the application, the consumption of the three categories varies from country to country. At present, the suspension method resin accounts for about 50-60%, the dispersion method resin accounts for about 20-35%, and the concentrated dispersion liquid accounts for about 10-20%.

Production of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene
The formation of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the PTFE bulk resin and the lubricant are mixed in a certain ratio. After a period of time, the preform is formed, and then the paste is extruded into a longitudinally aligned fiber preform by drying and removing the auxiliary agent; the second stage is high-speed stretching at a temperature below the melting point of polytetrafluoroethylene, and then the high-stretched polytetrafluoroethylene semi-finished product is heat-set at the melting point temperature to obtain an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene product.

Development and Application of Non-viscous PTFE Material
The polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE material has minimal surface tension and inertness in a solid material and does not adhere to anything. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has the lowest coefficient of friction, excellent self-lubricating properties and excellent high and low temperature resistance, and is widely used in non-stick pan anti-sticking.

Introduction of Surface Modification of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)
In PTFE, fluorine atoms replace hydrogen atoms in polyethylene, and since the radius of the fluorine atoms (0.064nm) is larger than the radius of the hydrogen atoms (0.028nm), the carbon-carbon chains are gradually twisted from the planar, fully extended meandering conformation of polyethylene to the helical conformation of PTFE.

Application of Fluoroplastic Products in Hazardous Waste Treatment Process
Hazardous waste is also called "hazardous waste", "toxic waste residue", and its English name is "hazardous waste". Hazardous characteristics of hazardous waste, including corrosivity, acute toxicity, leaching toxicity, reactivity, contamination, radioactivity, etc.
