Transparent FEP tube utilization characteristics:
1. High and low temperature resistance:-200-200 ℃;

2. PTFE rotary-cut tube
PTFE pipe is the use of high-quality plunger extrusion pipe, the use of special processing technology, so that the steel pipe and plastic pipe closely combined, can withstand positive pressure 1.6Mpa, negative pressure: 77Kpa; can be in -60 ℃ ~ 260 ℃ within the normal use, with reliable and excellent corrosion resistance. Transporting strong corrosive gases and liquids at high temperatures, which cannot be replaced by other pipelines.

PTFE rotary cutting tube is widely used in machinery, electronic appliances, automobiles, aerospace, chemical industry, computer, electric heating, military, communications and other important science and technology industries, such as micro transformers.
Four fluorine rotary cutting tube characteristics:

5. Excellent electrical insulation properties: PTFE is a highly non-polar material with good dielectric properties, great resistance, and a dielectric constant of about 2.0, which is the smallest among all electrical insulation materials.

3. high pressure resistant FEP pipe
FEP full name is Fluorinated ethylene propylene, translated as fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer (perfluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer) English trade name: Teflon * FEP, is a class of chemical substances. FEP is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. The FEP crystals had a melting point of 304 ° C. and a density of 2.15g/cc.
FEP can be applied to soft plastics, the tensile strength, wear resistance, creep resistance is lower than many engineering plastics. It is chemically inert and has a low dielectric constant (2.1) over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.
The material does not ignite and can prevent the spread of flame. It has excellent wear resistance and low friction coefficient, which can be used from low temperature to 392F. The material can be made into granular products for extrusion and molding, as powders for fluidized beds and electrostatic finishes, and also into aqueous dispersions. Semi-finished products have film, plate. Rods and single fibers.
FEP distributed in the U.S. market is Teflon from DUIPont, Neoflo from Daikin, and IHoustaflow from Hoechst Celanese. Its main use is for the production of pipe and chemical equipment lining, drum surface and a variety of wires and cables, such as aircraft hook line, pressurized cable, alarm cable, flat cable and oil well logging cable. FEP films have been used as thin coatings for solar collectors.
FEP or F46 is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. The content of hexafluoropropylene is about 15%, and it is a modified material of polytetrafluoroethylene.
